Earlier this week, during De Rode Duivels’ friendly victory over Serbia, the Everton player was left out of the starting lineup.

Voetbalkrant claims that because of his calf issue, Onana was exercising indoors while on the national team.

Domenico Tedesco, the coach of Belgium, hopes to start him against Azerbaijan on Sunday because he has been training in the gym.
