Regarding his brother’s remarks regarding the Bills, Stefon Diggs is brutally honest.

Wide receiver Stefon Diggs of the Buffalo Bills wants everyone to know that his brother does not represent him or his goals with the franchise he is currently playing for.

After the Bills’ Monday night loss to the Denver Broncos, Diggs provided clarification on that fact on Thursday in response to questions regarding remarks made by his injured brother, cornerback Trevon Diggs of the Dallas Cowboys.

Over the past year, Stefon’s future with the Bills has been called into question on occasion.

However, on Thursday, he made it very apparent that you shouldn’t place a lot of weight on it unless you hear directly from him.

According to Diggs and ESPN’s Alaina Getzenberg

“I’m not responsible for how other people feel,” Diggs said.

“Anybody in this room for this manner, a reporter, a player, even my own brother.

I love my brother. In the space that my brother’s coming from is my family.

So, you want to know how he feels? You got to take it up with him.

“Putting me in a position or me having a conversation with my brother, but that’s outside, that’s in house family rules.

But for me, I can’t combat or answer all the questions as to why, with people in the world saying X, Y, Z.”

Having already recorded a league-high 73 receptions for 868 yards and seven scores in the Bills’ opening 10 games of the season, Diggs is among the top wide receivers in the NFL.

There will be challenges for the Bills to overcome, though, given that they are only 5-5 and out of the AFC playoff race, and that starting quarterback Josh Allen is stuck in a turnover-plagued rut.

The fact that their best wide receiver’s brother has suggested that he should leave Buffalo definitely caught them off guard.

Preseason reports surfaced that Diggs had asked to be traded out of Buffalo, but Diggs and the Bills refuted those claims.

The Bills need to start winning more games in order to eliminate these distractions.

That will be easier said than done, though, as the Bills have games against the New York Jets (who have already defeated the team this season), Philadelphia, Kansas City, and Dallas at home over the next four weeks.
